Permission to use my personal details

1. I hereby give permission to the Georg Olms Verlag AG, Hagentorwall 7, 31134 Hidesheim, Germany (hereafter: Olms Verlag) to obtain personal details about me and to store them on servers used by the Olms Verlag. Personal details are stock data such as my name, address, email address and the size of my institution, and also user details such as username, password and IP address. Further information supplied voluntarily includes for example the details of my post/position/function within the stated institution.

2. I give permission for the Olms Verlag to use my personal details and other voluntarily supplied information in the maintenance of the user relationship, for example for invoicing purposes and for sending me relevant user information (by email or letter). 

3. By stating my acceptance in the field ‘Newsletter’ I give permission for the Olms Verlag to process and use my personal details and other voluntarily supplied information for marketing purposes, such as sending me emails with general information or of an advertising nature (Newsletter).

4. I further give permission for the Olms Verlag to use my personal details and other voluntarily supplied information for the purposes of market research (such as the creation of a user profile from data supplied by me) and for the individual compilation and sending of selected information by email or letter.

5.  I can at any time retract my statement of permission with effect for the future.
